Join us for beginning Qigong and a stroll around the lake. This loop trail includes beautiful views of San Francisco’s very own native wetlands, providing opportunities to see bird species and impressive wild plants. The benefits of Qigong include: loosened muscles and the building of power, the prevention of injury to joints, ligaments, and bones, decreased recovery time from injuries and operations, the reduction of stress, and the re-centering of emotions . For a more enjoyable walk remember to dress comfortably, wear walking shoes, bring water, and use sunscreen.
